Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology offers its students the opportunity to compete in intercollegiate and intramural athletics.
The school has active membership in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and participates in Region XXI, comprised of two-year colleges from the New England region. The conference boasts some of the strongest competition in the country and makes all-conference and all-regions elections at the conclusion of each season. Try-outs for intercollegiate athletics are open to all students at BFIT. A student’s eligibility is determined by standards set forth by the NJCAA and BFIT. BFIT will assist student-athletes with recruiting efforts to continue their educational and athletic pursuits with remaining years of eligibility. The college is strongly committed to the progress of its students by providing exceptional instruction both inside and outside of the classroom and anticipates strong performance both on and off the field.
