We are a small and growing residential swimming pool service company based out of Lynnfield, MA. We pride ourselves in developing and maintaining relationships with our customers with exceptional customer service and technical prowess. We are ideally looking for someone that wants to learn the swimming pool trade and grow with our company. However, we do need summer help. We need all our employees to show up on time every day. Description of Duties:

- Working 5 to 6 days a week 40-60 hours/ week (August is slow) - Vacuuming pools and maintaining proper water chemistry as well as brushing, backwashing and cleaning filtration equipment - Using a chemical test kit - Safely working with hazardous chemicals - Recognizing equipment in need of repair or replacement - Assisting in opening and closing in ground pools - Replacing pool liners and covers - Repairing or replacing filters, pumps, heaters and other pool equipment and accessories - Maintaining accurate records - Having ongoing daily contact with new and existing customers - Selling and promoting our services and products - Working independently with little supervision - Doing minor plumbing and electrical work - Must comply with all safety procedures, inclusive of safe working and driving habits - Taking pride in their work and being respectful of property, equipment and people

Required Qualifications:

- Must have at least a High School Diploma - Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle to get to and from work - Must have clean driving record - Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check - Must be willing to submit to illegal drug testing - Must have references - Must be legally able to work in the United States - Must be able to lift at least 60lbs - Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills as well as neat appearance and polite demeanor - Basic knowledge of cleaning/ maintaining pools a plus but not required - Electrical, plumbing and masonry experience a plus - Must be able to effectively communicate in English in written/ oral forms - Candidate will be working outside in all types of weather - Over time is mandatory
