Description of Duties:

• Preform high-level carpentry with minimal supervision • Help produce and package work orders • Meet production deadlines to fulfill orders • Help maintain an inventory of needed parts to produce bulk items • Communicate effectively with other departments and coworkers about work • Stay organized with orders and completed paperwork • Understand and utilize the relevant manufacturing equipment to its fullest • Be courteous and open minded with other employees and customers • Support other departments when called on by management • Keep work area clean and organized • Take proper care of equipment and materials • Report scrap or unusable material to management • Always maintain safety in all operations • Be on time for the set factory hours (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) • Keep company management informed of all problems and errors

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years carpentry experience required • Ability to read, speak and communicate clearly • Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis, including lifting 100 lbs • Ability to understand blueprint drawings and written specifications • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
