Description of Duties:

• Build Operation & Maintenance Manuals • Review Submittal for Project Compliance • Data Entry (Equipment, Project progress, Valve tags) • Build Equipment Tracking Matrixes • Generate RFI’s • Walk Active Job Sites to Build Progress Reports • Build Estimates • Basic Scheduling • Collaborate in small groups or as a part of a larger project team

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a student that is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program • Experience or working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks • Should have strong communication skills as ability to collaborate with others is essential • Detailed-oriented and organized • Effective time management skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Hardworking, accountable, and able to work autonomously • Able to ask the necessary questions in order to gain full understanding of concepts/tasks • Committed to continuous improvement and innovation • Ability to read detailed plans and blueprints • Ability to work with business related metrics • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
