The Information Technology is an ANF-IT department supporting the Executive Office (Governor’s staff) within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The office ANF-IT operates with a focus on customer Support (Governor’s Staff) at all locations (State House, Western Ma. and Washington D.C.). The office ensures that network connectivity is always up and with as little downtime as possible.

Description of Duties:

Research tickets entered into our IT system (Foot Prints) Administrative duties Assist on various responsibilities assign by the LAN - Administrator Duties may involve Hardware, Software, Mobile - -Communication, Accounts, Printers/Copiers, Event setups

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of Windows 7 Professional Operating System Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 suite Basic Networking principles (TCPIP) knowledge and able to assist in troubleshooting Understanding functionality of iPhone configuration (data and voice plan) Some Travel may be require to our Western Office Ability to navigate IT Ticketing System (Foot Prints) Able to lift 35lbs
