Description of Duties:

We are looking for a hardworking, diligent and dedicated Helper to add to our team. The individual that would fit in this role will be responsible for assisting the HVAC and Plumbing technicians in their daily calls. Candidates should have working knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing Equipment. This job can lead to a technician job in which you run your own truck. This is a learning experience of a lifetime getting experience in HVAC AND Plumbing. •Travel with technicians to homes and businesses •Perform consultations with technicians •Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods with the technician •Help install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems •Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety alongside the lead technician •Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity •Conduct performance tests with specialized tools •Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues with the lead technician •Help repair damaged HVAC systems •Assist in selling ongoing maintenance contracts to current customers •Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions including invoices •Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of HVAC properties Plumbing knowledge is a plus!
