Are you a Black or Latino student passionate about pursuing a career in tech? Hack.Diversity is a 9-month internship-to-hire program (once-a-month Cohort-wide events from Dec. 2017-Aug. 2018, 40 hr/wk PAID internship during the summer) that works to increase the representation of Black and Latino talent in Boston’s high-skilled innovation economy, and we’re passionate about supporting your success. If selected for the Hack.Diversity program, students will first go through career and interview coaching before being matched into PAID summer internships at one of Boston’s fastest growing companies, connected to mentors, and provided with events to build skills and networks in tech. We work with both students and employers to convert paying internships at high tech companies to full-time job offers.

Description of Duties:

Varies depending on roles. All roles are IT/Networking, Computer Info Systems, Computer science/software developments tracks.

Required Qualifications:

- Black and/or Latino studying computer science/ engineering and/or IT/Networking-related fields - Graduating with an Associate degree between May 2017 and Dec. 2018 OR graduating with a Bachelor degree between May. 2018 and Dec. 2019, OR graduating from a coding bootcamp or Year Up between May 2017 and May 2018. - Passionate about pursuing careers in tech - 3.0 GPA or above preferred
