Description of Duties:

CIC is seeking a qualified Estimator for structural steel and miscellaneous metals. We offer benefits to include health, dental and vision, holiday and Paid Time Off, 401K Retirement Savings. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Prepare quantity and labor take-offs • Interact with General Contractors, Owners, Engineers and Architects • Prepare estimates • Enter into contracts • Communicate with Project Managers

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Experience Required: • 5+ years of experience • Strong knowledge of MS Office • Must be capable of reading and interpreting construction documents and plans • Strong proficiency in FabTrol • Experience in StruMIS a plus
