ASG is a provider in the telecommunications industries. We work with other telecommunication companies to provide engineering, field support and construction services. Some of our clients include Verizon, AT&T, Crown Castle and Spectrum. We are based out of Holmdel, NJ with 6 satellite offices along the east coast. Many of the entry-level positions at ASG include paid training. We have a development department and courses for those who are eager to step into a new field and make career changes or learn more about the telecommunications industry.

Description of Duties:

Job site preparation to include establishing and installing traffic control devices to create a safety zone of work. Ability to service machines, including pumps, compressors, generators, tractors, and trailers a plus but not required. Assist construction equipment operators. Read blueprints and designs. Dig trenches. Operate air, electric, and pneumatic drills. Survey and measure equipment understanding knowledge Understands the basic Scope of the Project Understand and practice all safety procedures in compliance with ASG and OSHA standards

Required Qualifications:

One year construction experience a plus. Understand the safety is paramount in everything the construction team does. Telecommunications site work experience that include capturing all existing utilities, adjacent structures, detailed measurements and the path to extend facilities a plus. A working knowledge of managing, organizing the layout of drawings a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products. Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: Working outdoors in the elements year round Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 80 to 100 lbs
