Description of Duties:

WORK Inc. is seeking an individual that has a strong facility maintenance and mechanical background with demonstrated hands on Project Management skills. This position assists the WORK Inc. Project Manager in overseeing the Total Facility Maintenance contract at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Dorchester, MA. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of building mechanical systems including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing as well as exterior hardscape and landscaping experience. The candidates will have 5 years facility management experience 3 of which is in a facility (s) of similar size, scope and complexity. This is a highly visible nationally recognized public orientated location. This position requires strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication and computer literacy. In addition ability to work comfortably and effectively with a wide variety of individuals including those with disabilities is a must. Position requires individual to be on call for emergency and contract related situations. Candidates must be able to pass a security clearance administered through the National Archives and Records Administration, a federal agency, and have a valid driver’s license with a good safety driving record.

Required Qualifications:

HVAC licensure required. BS in Facility Management or similar field preferred.
