Career Fairs & College Transfer Workshops
As a career college, our primary goal is to prepare our students for careers in industry and to introduce students to employment opportunities related to their field of study. With this in mind, our signature event to connect our students with employment opportunities at leading industry companies is the BFIT Annual Career Fair which will be held this spring on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Our 2017 Career Fair attracted over 60 leading employers and over 150 students. Employers interested in attending any of these events should please contact Emily Leopold, Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To help defray the cost of college, many of our students seek part-time employment during the school year. Each fall, the Office of Career Services and Industry Partnerships, hosts a Fall Job and Internship Fair to provide students with the opportunity to meet employers seeking part-time staff and future summer interns. Our 2017 Fall Job Fair attracted over 40 leading employers and 150 students. The Fall 2018 fair will take place in October.
