Coaching Staff
Ray Porch
| Coach Porch is beginning his sixth season as head coach of the Shockers. He led the Shockers to their third consecutive playoff appearance in Region 21 last season. Ray served as an assistant coach at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA from 1999- 2002. He also worked as an assistant coach at the University of Massachusetts- Boston in 1998. He has twice been the head coach at the Massachusetts Bay State Games resulting in first and second place finishes. Ray played at the NCAA level for fours years at the University of Massachusetts- Boston. He was a four-year letterman, served as captain for two years and earned all-conference honors twice. Ray also assists the Admissions Office with recruiting efforts throughout the year. He lives in Boston with his wife Tracie and their nine-year-old daughter, Raychell. |

Mark Holmes
| Mark is currently entering his fourth year as head assistant coach for the Shockers. Originally from Lanham, Maryland, Mark received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and recently completed his master's degree studies in Special Education at Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. At UMass Dartmouth, Mark was a member of the 1992-93 men's basketball team that advanced to the NCAA Division III National Championship in Buffalo, NY. Mark has several years of teaching and coaching experience that began at Potomac High School in Oxon Hill, Maryland. Currently, Mark is working as a Special Education teacher at Madison Park Technical Vocational High School in Roxbury Massachusetts. Mark and his wife Tracy live in Dorchester, MA. |
