Requesting a Transcript
The Office of Registrar is pleased to announce a new online transcript ordering process to provide current students and alumni with efficient, accurate and speedy service for ordering and receiving transcripts. The entire process will be maintained online through a secure third party site call National Student Clearinghouse.
The National Student Clearinghouse is a nonprofit organization serving more than 3,000 academic institutions in the United States. Transcripts can be ordered via the web 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. Our partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse means Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology joins with more than 200 other schools that provide the online transcript ordering services. Your signed consent is be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for you at the end of your order. You can provide instantly online or return via fax, mail or as a scanned email attachment.
There is a change in the cost of the transcript; the fee structure is listed below. It is important to note that the most cost effective way to get your transcript is through the online option.

You can place as many orders as you like in the session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates are available via mobile text messages and will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.
Transcript services will still remain available in person in the Registrar’s Office during normal business hours at a cost $15.00.
Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology reserves the right to withhold academic transcripts from students owing tuition, fees, fines, or library material. In addition, transcripts will be withheld for a former student who has failed to return his or her financial aid exit interview form.
