The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining a student’s permanent academic record as well as ensuring that a potential graduate has completed all the degree requirements.

Students will use the Registrar’s Office to do the following:

  1. Submit completed registration forms
  2. Obtain official transcripts
  3. Request enrollment or degree confirmation letters
  4. Add or drop courses from their schedule.

The Registrar’s office summer hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:30AM – 4:30PM and Friday 8:30AM - 12:00PM. Evening students may request an after-hours appointment with the Registrar. Extended hours will be available during peak times such as registration week.

Please email or call to make an appointment with the Registrar. Walk-ins are welcome but it is not guaranteed that the Registrar will always be available.
