Automotive Technology

Established in 1908, Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology's Automotive Technology program in Boston, Massachusetts is the oldest in the nation. Our automotive mechanic school is also highly-regarded in the local and regional automotive industry. As a student, you will be trained by ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certified Automotive Professors who have more than 300 years of combined industry experience. You will learn all aspects of automotive service for all makes and models, including Hybrid and Electric vehicles.

Nationally, jobs for Automotive Technicians are expected to grow 17% by 2020. Innovations in technology are making cars smarter and more efficient. They are also more complex to diagnose, maintain, and repair. Get the skills manufacturers and businesses need. Then get hired. Work at one of our many industry partners and start getting paid in as soon as a year.
