Jessica Cabana was born and raised in Providence, RI. Jess attended the University of Rhode Island, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Spanish. After working in the marketing field for a couple of years after college, Jessica decided it was time to go back to school full-time. That decision brought her to Boston in 2005 to pursue a Master of Arts in Publishing & Writing at Emerson College. A member of the BFIT Admissions team since December 2007, Jessica works with students from Rhode Island. Min Chen, formerly an International Affairs Officer at the Beijing Film Academy, joined the Admissions team at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in October, 2006. Min was born and raised in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province in China. She received her BA at Foreign Affairs College, a unit of the PRC Foreign Ministry, in English and International Studies, specializing in Diplomacy. In December 2005 she received her double Master's in Communications and Political Science from the University of Oregon. Currently, she covers the areas of Allston, Brighton, Brookline, JP, Newton, and West Roxbury. She also works closely with the Early Access to College (EAC) students from Boston Public High Schools. Charlie Cremens has worked in the Admissions Office since December 2007. Charlie works with students from Southeastern Massachusetts, the Cape and west to the Milford area. He also serves as Men's Head Soccer Coach. The upcoming 2009 fall season will represent his third year at the helm. Prior to joining BFIT in a full-time capacity, he worked with the West Suburban YMCA doing Membership and Business Development and as a Massachusetts State Senate Page. Andrea Dawes has been working at the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology since 2003 and is the Associate Director of Admissions - Systems. She works with students north of Boston, including Cambridge and Somerville, as well as out-of- state students from the Midwest, South, Southwest and Western parts of the US. Brittainy Johnson has worked at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology since 2006. Before joining the BFIT admissions team, Brittainy worked in an art museum in her hometown of Williamstown, MA. Brittainy graduated from the University of Vermont in 2005, with a BA in Art History and a minor in Spanish. At BFIT, Brittainy works mostly with students from the Boston area, as well as all of the Automotive Technology Bachelor candidates. Corrie Lefebvre grew up in Glens Falls, NY, which is about 45 minutes north of Albany. After high school, Corrie attended St. Michael’s College in Colchester, VT. Corrie received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Religious Studies. She is currently earning her Master's degree in Education from Northeastern University and is on path to graduate in December 2009. Corrie has been living in Boston for about two years and loves it! Corrie has worked in the college admissions field for over two years. Corrie’s territory is western Massachusetts, NY, CT, VT, ME, and NH.
