Meet the Admissions and Financial Aid Team

Mike Bosco, Dean of Enrollment Management, MEd, BS, AS. Dean Bosco began his tenure as Dean of Enrollment at the Benjamin Franklin
Institute of Technology in May 2010. He has worked at Mount Ida
College in Newton, Massachusetts and at Johnson & Wales University
in Providence, Rhode Island. Dean Bosco earned is Master of Education from Curry College and his Associate and Bachelor degrees from Johnson & Wales University. He has presented on topics relating to
strategic enrollment management and admissions at regional, national and
international higher education conferences.Dean Bosco is currently pursuing
his Doctorate degree focusing on higher education administration at

Marvin Loiseau, Director of Admissions BS, MEd. Marvin began his
tenure as Director of Admissions at Benjamin Franklin Institute of
Technology in July 2011. Before joining the Admissions team, Marvin worked at Mount Ida College as Associate
Dean of Undergraduate Admissions. He has
over nine years of higher education experience in undergraduate and
graduate admissions, financial aid, and residence life at Mount Ida,
Babson, and Suffolk respectively. Marvin received his Bachelor’s degree
in Business Management from Mount Ida College and a Master’s degree in
Education from Suffolk University. He is currently pursuing his

Jessica Meuleman, BA, MA, Associate Director of Admissions. Jess worked in various facets of textbook publishing before joining Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology Admissions team in December 2007. Originally from Rhode Island, Jess graduated in 2003 from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in English and a minor in Spanish. She moved to Boston in 2005 to pursue a Master's degree in Publishing and Writing at Emerson College. Jess worked in various facets of textbook publishing before joining Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology Admissions team in December 2007.

Zach Santomauro, BA, MST, Associate Director of Admissions. Zach has served in his current position at the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology since September 2010. He has worked in admissions at Brandeis University and as a secondary school social studies and English teacher. Zach is currently working toward his doctoral degree in higher education administration at Northeastern University. Zach earned his BA from University of Rochester and his M.S.T. from Pace University. Min Chen, BA, MA, Assistant Director of Admissions. Formerly an International Affairs Officer at the Beijing Film Academy, Min joined the BFIT Admissions Team at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in October of 2006. Min was born and raised in China. She received her B.A. at Foreign Affairs College, a unit of the PRC Foreign Ministry, in English and International Studies, specializing in Diplomacy. In December of 2005 she received her double Master's in Communications and Political Science from the University of Oregon. Min is the Admissions Counselor for students from parts of Boston, Brookline, Quincy, and our international students.

Vienedre Roberts-Collins, BS, Assistant Director of Admissions. Vienedre joined Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in January of 2011. She comes to BFIT with Higher Education experience from her time spent at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. During her tenure at UMass, Vienedre served as an Administrative Coordinator in the Student Legal Services Department, as an undergraduate admissions counselor, and as an Assistant Director of ALANA affairs, where she worked with the diverse students of color at the University. Vienedre works with students from Central and Western Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and veterans of the armed services that would like to enroll at BFIT. Contact: E-mail; 617-588-1359
Amanda Marstaller, BA, M.Ed., Assistant Director of Admissions. Amanda has worked as an admissions representative at a small technical school for over three years before joining Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in April of 2011. Amanda is originally from Southern Maine; she moved to Boston to attend Emmanuel College, where in 2004 she graduated with a B.A in English Literature. More recently, she graduated from Northeastern University in 2011, earning a Masters of Education, specializing in Higher Education Administration. Amanda primarily works with students from Southeastern Mass and parts of Boston.

Katelyn Germano, BA, M.Ed, Admissions Communications Coordinator. Katelyn joined Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in July of 2010. Katelyn completed her Master's Degree in School Counseling (Grades 5-12) at Bridgewater State University in May 2011 and has a true passion in assisting students in pursuing college or other options after high school. Prior to working at BFIT, Katelyn worked in Admission's office at Bridgewater State University as their Graduate Assistant and Tour Program Coordinator. Tatjana Haskaj, Director of Financial Aid. Tatjana
graduated with her Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the
American College of Greece. Prior to moving to the United States,
Tatjana worked as an accountant in Greece. She is fluent in Greek,
Albanian, and English. She is currently enrolled in the Higher Education
Administration master's degree program at Northeastern University.

Shawn Monks is the College's Financial Aid Counselor. Shawn is a
graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he earned a Bachelor's
of Arts in Political Science. He is currently enrolled in the
Curriculum and Instruction Master's degree program at St. Michael's
College in Colchester, Vermont.
