The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining a student’s permanent academic record as well as ensuring that a potential graduate has completed all the degree requirements.

Students will use the Registrar’s Office to do the following:
1. Submit completed registration forms
2. Obtain official transcripts
3. Request enrollment or degree confirmation letters
4. Add or drop courses from their schedule.
The Registrar’s office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30AM – 4:30PM. Evening students may request an after-hours appointment with the Registrar. Extended hours will be available during peak times such as registration week.
Please email or call to make an appointment with the Registrar. Walk-ins are welcome but it is not guaranteed that the Registrar will always be available.
The Registrar’s office is located in the Office of Enrollment Services located on the first floor of the Kendall Administration Building.
