| Electronics continue to revolutionize the world around us. A degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from BFIT will provide you with knowledge of analog and digital circuits, processors, computer applications and computer programming.
Electronic technicians may perform a broad range of tasks for manufacturing companies or providers of telephone or data networks, and must be hands-on practitioners who can apply algebra and trigonometry to real-life problems, or run computer simulations to analyze circuits.

|
BFIT graduates gain such skills through a BFIT education, and find employment in positions that include: circuits and systems testing, product development, systems operation, and manufacturing and prototype construction and testing.
Curriculum:
The electronics laboratory is equipped to provide students ample and meaningful hands-on experience in bread-boarding, testing, schematic capture, and simulation of analog and digital circuits. Students will typically spend four hours a week in the laboratory, confirming that the lecture material works in real life and is not unproven theory. Students follow the laboratory experiment with a report where the results are analyzed and discussed. In the laboratory, the students learn how to use standard test equipment to build circuits, create schematics, and test circuits using standard laboratory test equipment.
